STRENGTH & CONDITIONING- XFIT

Olympic lifting/ along with performance based modalities which are sure to push you to your limits. This is a functional fitness class using Xfit based movements in a safe environment.  geared for all levels!

STRETCH & RECOVER 

After a hard week of training, what better way to repay your body than by taking a Stretch & Recover class. Engage in active mobility movements geared to help athletic performance and get all the kins stretched out in preparation for the upcoming week!
